Product Range Description

PolyCore™ is a specialized family of pellet-based 3D printing materials designed for Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) and Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF). Utilizing over a decade of expertise in material extrusion 3D printing, Polymaker's PolyCore™ delivers outstanding printability and broad compatibility with most pellet-extrusion 3D printers. Each product in the PolyCore™ family is developed with specific applications in mind—ranging from architecture and furniture to composite molds and tooling. To ensure consistent performance and reliability, all PolyCore™ products are manufactured under a quality control system tailored to the unique demands of LFAM/FGF technologies.

Product Description

PolyCore™ ABS-5012 features great cost effectiveness, excellent printability and balanced mechanical properties. Suitable for variety of applications from construction formworks to low temperature molds (ambient up to 80℃) and jigs and fixtures.
