Robot Agnostic
AdaOne is compatible with a wide range of industrial robots and positioners – for example from ABB, KUKA, FANUC, YASKAWA, STAUBLI, UR, PANASONIC, COMAU, and OTC DAIHEN – and can be adapted to handle custom kinematic systems up to 14 axes.
Wide Process Support
AdaOne supports all commonly robotized additive manufacturing technologies: Wire Arc AM, Wire Laser AM, Laser Metal Deposition, Pellet Extrusion, Filament Extrusion, and Concrete Extrusion.
Covers the Entire Workflow
The software provides every tool needed to go from design-to-manufacturing, including part optimization, path planning, process optimization, robotic simulation, program creation, and process monitoring and control.
AdaOne
ADAXIS’ software platform AdaOne makes it possible to program and control robotic arms aslarge scale 3D printers for metal, plastics, and concrete.
Flexible & Accessible
AdaOnecovers every aspect going from design to finished part, with optimized support for a wide range of hardware, deposition technologies, and materials.
Part optimization
Import a 3D modelas a Brep CAD model (STEP or Rhino .3dm) or a mesh and optimize the geometry for large scale 3D printing using our powerful tools for geometry simplification, segmentation, and surface offsetting.
Advanced path planning
Use one of the many optimized tool path planning strategies to capture the advantages of multi-axis additive manufacturing. Generate print programs for planar, angled, multi-planar, or conformal printing or combine multiple strategies into a single program.
Process planning and simulation
Simulate robot programs and manufacturing sequences before export to identify and interactively fix reachability issues, collisions and singularities.
Integrated
Connect to a robot cell and sensors with the AdaOne Manufacturing module and monitor and control the process while it is running.
Monitoring for quality assurance
Setup a digital twin of your robot cell environment, process head, and sensors and connect to the robot controller for monitoring and data logging. Interactively explore, replay, and analyze captured data to identify process deviations and defects quickly.
Capture process specific data
The Manufacturing module can be setup to visualize important data for a specific deposition technology, for example wire feed speed, voltage, and gas flow for Wire Arc AM.
Seamless integration for control
For advanced uses, the Manufacturing module can be customized to integrate with external supervision, data analysis, and process control systems.
