Construct 1 brings industrial level production right to your desk. Featuring an E3D Hemera Extruder with its incredibly precise tolerances, printing materials becomes a breeze. The Hemera is a beast of an extruder, and is capable of printing even the most challenging flexible filaments at record setting speeds.
Fitted with a CHT volcano nozzle as standard, you can except flow rates in excess of 40 mm³/s which is >400% improvement over traditional nozzles. Where other printers require you to slow down the machine in order to melt enough filament, With our CHT Volcano nozzles you can choose even the thickest of layer heights and print at max speed, giving you the flexibility of choice without the complications of flow.
The Brain of the printer is powered by an official Duet3D mainboard. No longer do you have to fiddle with SD cards or USB sticks, everything is handled by the data-secure Wi-Fi or ethernet connection to your local network. Control of the printer is done though a industry-leading WebUI interface, for exceptional clarity and functionality.
