The CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS is a fully enclosed industrial large format 3D printer designed for high speed, high temperature and high precision manufacturing.

High Speed Industrial Printing
The D600 Pro3 HS features deeply optimised Klipper firmware combined with a redesigned high flow hotend capable of extrusion rates up to 90mm³/s.
Its upgraded motion system enables stable printing at speeds up to 300mm/s, helping reduce production times while maintaining print quality.
Large Build Volume
Designed for full scale industrial applications, the printer offers a single extrusion build volume of 620 × 620 × 620mm and a dual extrusion build volume of 565 × 620 × 620mm.
Automatic Dual Nozzle Calibration
The D600 Pro3 HS uses a fully automatic AI-assisted calibration system for precise dual nozzle alignment.

Eddy Current Bed Levelling
The advanced eddy current levelling system delivers ultra precise automatic bed calibration with 0.001mm probing accuracy. It improves first layer adhesion, reduces levelling time and supports consistent large format print accuracy.

Smart Auto-Raising Dual Extruders
The upgraded dual extrusion system supports nozzle temperatures up to 420°C and includes automatic nozzle lifting technology to reduce contamination during dual material printing.

- Temperature accuracy: ±0.15°C
Compatible materials include PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, Nylon, TPU, PC, carbon fibre composites, glass fibre composites and PPS-CF.
Dual Nozzle Auto-Resume Printing
If filament runs out during printing, the printer can automatically switch to the backup nozzle to continue the job and reduce the risk of failed prints.
Active Heated Chamber
The actively heated chamber reaches temperatures up to 80°C to reduce warping and improve print consistency with engineering grade materials.

Thermal Compensation Technology
In large format FFF printing, high chamber temperatures can cause frame expansion, axis misalignment and mechanical movement. CreatBot uses intelligent chamber heating algorithms and Z-axis compensation technology to help maintain surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

Safety Door Protection System
The safety door monitoring system automatically pauses operation when the door is opened, helping support safer operation in professional and industrial environments.

Power Loss Recovery, Filament Detection and Backup Mode
The printer automatically saves print data during a power interruption and can resume from the point where the job stopped. Filament detection pauses printing when material runs out, while backup mode allows the secondary nozzle to continue production if required.

Magnetic Suction Platform
The removable magnetic platform is large, heat resistant over 100°C and designed for easy part removal after printing.
Linear Rails and Servo Motors
The D600 Pro3 HS uses heavy duty linear rails and servo motors to maintain smooth, precise movement at high speed, supporting reliability across large prints.

True External Air Cooling
The external air cooling system uses fresh air to support material solidification inside the heated chamber. This helps improve overhangs, reduce stringing and maintain surface quality during high speed printing.

Filament Dry Room
The integrated filament drying compartment maintains a controllable temperature range of 0–70°C to help prevent moisture absorption in hygroscopic materials such as Nylon, PC, PA-CF and PET-CF.

Independent Quad-Z Axis
The independent four motor Z-axis system allows individual height compensation at each corner of the platform, improving flatness, stability and first layer consistency.

Quad-Z Auto-Leveling
The system automatically detects and fine-tunes the vertical height of each corner to improve parallelism between the build plate and gantry.
Superior Load Capacity and Stability
The four motors work together to support large, heavy models while maintaining platform stability during printing.
Anti-Tilt and Torque Correction
The platform is actively supported to reduce tilt and mechanical twist during large format printing.
Superior Layer Consistency
Smoother Z-axis travel helps reduce visible banding and improve the surface finish of large industrial parts.

Ultra Air Filter System
The dual filter system combines HEPA and activated carbon filtration to help capture fine particles, VOCs and odours during printing.
WiFi, LAN, Internet and App Control
The D600 Pro3 HS supports cloud connectivity, local area network mode and physical connection operation. Users can control the printer, send sliced files and update firmware with or without an internet connection.


Z Magic Box
For tall Z distance printing, the Z Magic Box technology helps reduce or remove Z-axis surface texture, supporting smoother and more consistent surface quality on tall models.

Camera Control Technology
Camera control technology allows users to monitor and control the printing process remotely, including speed, pause and temperature settings.
