MINGDA AD-F4 Pro

The MINGDA AD-F4 Pro is a four-colour 3D printer for letter printing. It features a 1200 × 800 × 100mm printing size, an IMS four-colour feeding system and a maximum printing speed of 300mm/s.

Klipper and 5X High-Speed

The AD-F4 Pro printing speed reaches up to 300mm/s, with peak acceleration of 10,000mm/s². It can accelerate from 0 to 300mm/s in 0.035 seconds.

IMS Four-Colour Feeding System

The AD-F4 Pro features an IMS four-colour feeding system and can make LED letter printing more flexible and colourful.

Input Shaper

Input Shaper minimises vibration patterns and makes the surface smoother.

Third-Generation Auto Levelling

The third-generation auto-levelling system is faster and more precise, enhancing first-layer adhesion, saving time on levelling and increasing the success rate of prints.

Air Heating Bed

The air heating bed heats up faster, is more energy-efficient and minimises warping of the models.

MINGDA SignMaker

MINGDA SignMaker supports font generation, vector file reading and 3D model generation. The channel letter modelling software optimises the design and modelling workflow for channel letters.

The printing procedure shown in the brochure is:

  1. Import a DXF or SVG 2D file.
  2. Generate a 3D model from the 2D file with one click.
  3. Adjust the parameters and export the sliced files.
  4. Print using the AD-F4 Pro.
  5. Display the completed model.

Remote Control and Monitoring

The AD-F4 Pro supports sending printing tasks through WAN and LAN networks. Users can control and view various aspects of the printer and its printing tasks. Multiple printers can be selected from the device list.
