1 Cubic Meter. Pellet + Filament. Built for Production.
The MAMA-1000 brings Modix’s dual pellet and filament technology to a compact 1 m³ platform — purpose-built for manufacturers, researchers, and fabricators who need industrial capability.
Most industrial 3D printers force you to choose: speed or detail. The MAMA-1000 eliminates that tradeoff — a single machine carries both a high-throughput pellet extruder and a precision filament extruder.

Processes raw plastic granules directly — the same material used in injection molding. No filament conversion, no markup. Compatible with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, recycled polymers, and filled composites. Pellets cost $2–8/kg vs. $20–80/kg for filament.

Delivers precision detail and fine surface finish on the same machine. Use it for critical interfaces, fine features, and support structures — then switch to pellet mode for the bulk of the part. One machine, zero compromises.
Raw plastic goes in, large precise parts come out.

Virgin, recycled, or filled — carbon fiber, minerals, wood composites.
Blend in color and effects. Match any RAL or Pantone.

Dry pellets before printing. Compressed air feeds the print head.
The MAMA series was designed around real industrial workflows — not just demonstrations. Here’s what customers are shipping with it today.

Low-temperature molds printed with wood-filled PLA pellets. The wood filler makes post-processing — sanding, drilling, sealing — straightforward.

With a 1,000 × 1,000 mm footprint, the MAMA-1000 handles bookshelves, table bases, and light fixtures. Local production using recycled plastic meets growing consumer sustainability demand.

Large letters, logos, and custom symbols printed in flame-retardant material for public installation compliance. A 10 kg sign prints in under 9 hours — at a fraction of conventional fabrication cost.
