Industrial Grade 1 Cubic Metre High Speed 3D Printer

The CreatBot D1000 Pro HS is a large format industrial 3D printer designed for producing full size parts, prototypes, tools and moulds in-house with high speed, stability and reliability.

With a massive 1050 × 1050 × 1050mm build volume and stable printing speeds up to 300mm/s, the D1000 Pro HS is engineered for continuous production using engineering-grade materials.

Compatible with large 2 × 5kg filament spools and materials including PLA, ABS, ASA, PET-CF, PA-CF and PPS-CF, the system is built for uninterrupted large-scale printing.

Automatic Dual Nozzle Calibration

The D1000 Pro HS uses a fully automatic AI-assisted calibration system for accurate dual nozzle alignment.

Eddy Current Bed Levelling

Auto-Raising Dual Extruders

The D1000 Pro HS features a smart auto-raising dual extrusion system capable of nozzle temperatures up to 420°C.

Large Scale Engineering Prototypes

The D1000 Pro HS is designed for large-scale prototyping with engineering-grade materials. It is suitable for producing full-size prototypes, tooling and industrial components with high strength and heat resistance.

Materials such as UltraPA-CF can deliver tensile strength up to 80MPa and heat resistance up to 150°C, making the system suitable for demanding industrial applications.
