How does vapor smoothing work?

  1. Parts are first conditioned inside the processing chamber to ensure they reach the ideal temperature and humidity for optimal smoothing performance.
  2. A specially formulated vapor is introduced into the chamber, uniformly interacting with the parts to smooth their surfaces under carefully controlled conditions.
  3. After the smoothing phase, the vapor dissipates and the material begins to re-solidify, locking in the improved surface finish.
  4. In the last stage, any remaining traces of the vapor are removed. The parts are fully dried and ready for use in demanding end-use applications.
